Get Comfortable: Editors Are Getting Over 10K Steps in These Chic Boots

Nothing compares to the feeling of finding a pair of shoes you have to leave by the front door because you're that certain you'll be wearing them every day. You even plan your outfits around them and make a conscious effort to keep them clean when running around NYC. Recently, the only shoes that have evoked this blissful feeling are Dr. Martens' just-launched Zebzag Boots. And our editor Anna LaPlaca fully agrees. She stopped by the brand's two-day Art of Comfort immersive experience pop-up in SoHo to celebrate the expansion of the Zebzag collection, which now features two new silhouettes.
The event was free and open to anyone who wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy live soundscapes from local DJs, an immersive photobooth, refreshing mocktails, and a closer look at the new Zebzag Boot collection.

After walking into the space, guests entered a dimly lit room with photo ops and a closer look at the Zebzag Boots. Senior editor Anna LaPlaca got comfortable and kicked up her feet after a long day of running around the city.

Drinks included Yuzu lemonade, boba tea, and a non-alcoholic mojito that guests could sip on while vibing to the music.

Dr. Martens heavily prioritized comfort, with ample seating options and lots of space for dancing around the DJ booth. When guests weren't indulging in a refreshing mocktail or hanging on the soft cushions, you could find them scanning QR codes for access to videos of their photobooth moments.

The Zebzag boots were on display at the pop-up and are available in stores and online, ready for a spot in your fall lineup.

Zebzag Rigger Slip On Nubuck Boots
We're taking style risks this season and adding pops of color to our otherwise neutral fall/winter color palette. Are you in?

Dr. Martens
Zebzag Laceless Slip On Suede Boots
Aside from how chic these are, the cushioned sole is quite a gamechanger for people on the go. I love this pull-on style because it still maintains the look of a lace-up boot.

Dr. Martens
Zebzag Laceless Slip On Leather Boots
Here's another color, just in case. (You're welcome.)

Dr. Martens
Zebzag Laceless Slip On Leather Boots
If you thought these looked similar to the OG Dr. Martens boots we all know and love, you're correct. They're largely inspired by the 1460 boots, sans the laces.
