As a Gen Zer who only has a few years under my belt in the workforce, spending big bucks is just not something I can do yet. Practicing self-control in the fashion capital of America, NYC, is, well, very difficult for a young fashion lover like me. But even though I'm a frugal shopper, I'm also a big dreamer.
