The process, popularized by Bieber’s nail artist, Zola Ganzorigt, involves gel nail polish and chrome dust to achieve that dimensional finish. “A pearly shimmer over a neutral base instantly makes even the simplest manicure feel special,” Kandalec adds. “They’re the kind of nails that never go out of style and always look sweet and effortlessly pretty when the light hits them.”
