Alert! Gigi Hadid Is No Longer Blonde

Holy beauty makeover! Model Gigi Hadid, who gave the world a cute and flippy bob in 2024, has now ditched her signature blonde mane for something much, much darker—what hair stylist to the stars Dimitris Giannetos has declared a “matte black mini-bob.”

Hadid, of course, is no stranger to hair evolutions; in the past she’s gone cinnamon red and tried all different kinds of blonde, including a silvery shade for the inaugural Le Grand Dîner du Louvre in Paris last March. But her latest transformation hits all the biggest hair color trends of 2026. Described as “inky black,” it’s “an edgy, Gen-Z shade of black with zero red undertones,” Giannetos tells Vogue exclusively.
